How Engagements Work
I take on very few coaching clients at a time, by fit and mutual intent. This is not a program; it is a focused investment to tackle pressing matters through sharp, scenario-based working sessions. We’ll drill real scenarios to cover strategy, conversations, negotiations, and pitches.
My clients value working in short, intensive sprints (typically 3- 6 sessions over 1-3 months). This cadence helps drives traction quickly on immediate priorities, test strategies in practice between sessions, and refine in real time.
Clients continue to have me in their corner, with access to a private link to schedule working sessions as new opportunities and challenges arise.
