How Engagements Work

I take on very few coaching clients at a time, by fit and mutual intent. This is not a program you’re locked into. This is a focused investment to tackle what’s most pressing through sharp, scenario-based working sessions.

Coaching with me happens in short, intensive sprints—typically 3 to 6 sessions over 1 to 3 months. This cadence helps you get traction quickly on immediate priorities, test strategies in practice between sessions, adjust and refine in real time.

Clients who complete a sprint continue to have me in their corner, with access to a private link for one-time or bundled intensive working sessions for new opportunities and challenges that arise.

My Approach

I mix coaching and advising. You’ll get questions that unlock clarity and direct input when it matters. We’ll drill real scenarios to cover conversations, negotiations, and pitches. The goal is practical leverage: better decisions, stronger influence, and clearer execution.
