Note to Self.

> Drink plenty of water.

> Be kind and respectful. No exceptions.

> Say no to processed sugar. Fruits are good.

> Eat your fill and no more -- enough is enough.

> Go to sleep with positive, powerful thoughts to carry into tomorrow.

> Get enough sleep. Seriously. Stop reading that... put it down... go to bed!

> Move in the morning.
